US President Donald Trump has said that some Democrat congresswomen from countries `whose governments are a complete and total catastrophe` should `go back and help fix the totally broken and crime infested places from which they came.` Whilst it is not explicitly clear to whom he is referring, it comes after the president launched an extraordinary attack on Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Ilhan Omar - both women of colour - saying he `doesn´t even know where they came from`.
